The Riddet Institute is currently advertising a PhD scholarship – New functionalities from plant-based materials for food applications.

The scholarship (duration up to 3.5 years) will consist of a stipend of NZ$30,000 p.a. for living costs, plus payment of compulsory tuition fees up to NZ$9,000 p.a. The project will be carried out in collaboration with Nestlé SA, Switzerland. The position is open to candidates currently in New Zealand.
