The Foodomics 2019 conference was very popular and we have integrated feedback from that successful event into our planning for this year. As such, Foodomics 2021 will be a two-day conference bringing together experts, researchers, and businesses across New Zealand’s Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The conference will showcase multiple F&B research projects underway and highlight future opportunities for industry to benefit from cutting-edge research. Industry experts and researchers will be in attendance to present on how HVN-funded projects can pave the way to higher value and a competitive edge in international markets.
