Plant and Food Research and High Value Nutrition National Science Challenge are hosting an interactive workshop to deliver the consumer insights gained from the latest research trip to Chinese, where our researchers spoke with consumers living with immune health issues. The workshop, held in Wellington and Auckland, will explore the views, personal experiences and understanding of Chinese consumers living with immune health issues and shed light on how this influences their food choices. An open forum, the workshop allows people from the food industry either exporting or considering export to China to talk directly with consumer scientists about their experiences and observations. The team will present an overview of the research carried out to identify food and beverage products that will help to strengthen the immune health of Chinese people living in an increasingly polluted environment.

Limited spaces are available, please indicate your interest in participating by Friday 12 October via an RSVP to tracey.phelps@plantandfood.co.nz
