High-Value Nutrition’s Digestive Health Priority Research Programme is looking for volunteers for the BREAD study who are

  • Between 18 and 65 years old
  • Generally healthy with low fibre intake
  • Willing to replace your regular bread with study bread

The research aims to generate results on the effects of dietary fibre on the gut, as well as other health and wellbeing outcomes over time. This research is important as there is little knowledge about how different fibre in bread affects gut function.

If you would like to help, will receive a $20 petrol voucher for the initial meeting, and a total of $300 supermarket vouchers if you participate in the study.
